Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in question.

Intellectual Property

All content on the TransferNest platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of TransferNest or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may also terminate your account by contacting our customer support.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek courts.
